VCP Australia respects your privacy. This Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Payments are processed via encrypted channels and full payment card details are not stored on our servers. Some service providers may store information outside Australia; their handling is subject to APP 8.

6. Access, correction and deletion

You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, and you may request deletion to the extent we are not required by law to retain the information. Email support@vcpaustralia.com.au with your request. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity first.

7. Children

The website is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The version in force at the time you provide information governs our handling of that information.
