1. About VCP Australia
VCP Australia (referred to as "VCP Australia", "we", "us" or "our") operates the website at vcpaustralia.com.au and supplies vitamins, coenzymes, laboratory accessories and research-use compounds within Australia.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place orders. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
3. Eligibility
The website and our products are intended for use by adults and by professional or institutional research customers in Australia. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
4. Use of the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not interfere with the security or operation of the website, attempt to access areas you are not authorised to access, or use automated systems to scrape, mirror or harvest content.
5. Product information and listings
Product descriptions, images, batch information and Certificates of Analysis are provided for general information. We use reasonable care to keep listings accurate but do not warrant that every detail is current at the moment of viewing. Where a discrepancy exists, the documentation supplied with the product takes precedence.

6. Orders, pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice. An order placed through the checkout is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. A binding contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation and accept payment.
Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout and the configured payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
7. Shipping and risk
Shipping arrangements are set out in the Shipping & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate address and for inspecting your order promptly.
8. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Our returns and refunds policy is set out in the Shipping & Returns page. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Research-use products
Some products may be intended for laboratory, analytical or research purposes only where applicable. They are not supplied for human or animal consumption unless expressly stated and lawfully permitted. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. 10. Intellectual property
The website, its content, branding and arrangement are owned by VCP Australia or our licensors and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or republish content from this website without prior written permission, except for normal personal or research reference use.

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VCP Australia is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising out of the use of the website or any product, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data or loss of research outcomes. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be limited under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Third-party services
The website integrates third-party services including Shopify (ecommerce platform and checkout), payment processors, analytics providers, email delivery services, hosting and fulfilment partners. Their respective terms and privacy notices may also apply.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. The courts of Western Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
